Shipping & Returns

Ground Shipping:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the items ordered and the delivery destination.  You can enter your zip code for an estimate of shipping charges in the shopping cart before you start the checkout process. 

Most orders ship out via UPS Ground the same day (M-F) that the order is received until 2 pm EST. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.

United Parcel Service (UPS) is our standard method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories. Shipments going to APO's, FPO's and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.

EXPRESS SHIPPING AVAILABLE:
Air shipment by Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air is available. In most cases, we can process air shipments on the same day if we receive your order by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday). We can sometimes process air shipments after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time depending of the circumstances.

Next Day Air:
Next Day Air Shipping (one business day transit time, weekends and holidays not included) is calculated based on the size and weight of the shipment. Small accessories, such as extra page protectors, can usually be added to your order without affecting the shipping charge. To verify the total shipping charge, add items to the shopping cart and use the shipping calculator.

2nd Day Air:
2nd Day Air Shipping (two business days transit time, weekends and holidays not included) is calculated based on the size and weight of the shipment. Small accessories, such as extra page protectors, can usually be added to your order without affecting the shipping charge. To verify the total shipping charge, add items to the shopping cart and use the shipping calculator.

International Orders:
Please inquire before placing any order to be delivered outside the US, as we are not able to ship to all international destinations, and duties or customs charges may be due upon delivery.

Returns:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund to your credit card. E-mail us at sales@portfolios-and-art-cases.com to pre-authorize your return and get the appropriate return address for the item. All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting customer service and will be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Orders shipped outside the continental United States may not be returned. Custom imprinted or engraved items may only be returned if defective.
